Sadly we don’t have super bowl here in Australia. But if we did I’d be making lots of Paleo snacks like dates wrapped in bacon and mini crustless quiches! Yum!

Hi Suz- I’m in Australia as well. I’ll likely be watching with a big group of Americans. I think it’s about 9:30am on a Monday morning here! a bit crazy, but I like to keep up with what’s going on at “home” for me. I just checked out your site – love the recipe for Paleo pizza with kangaroo. I’ll have to try that. I normally do the cauliflower pizza, but I’ll have to try yours out.

Wow those bacon cups look amazing! They definitely have to go onto this list of snacks for the ultimate paleo Super Bowl party…I was thinking of doing these BLT (without the bread) but the bowls are pretty awesome > http://www.skinnyscoop.com/list/melissa_guitron/the-ultimate-paleo-super-bowl-party-menu

Thanks for sharing, Jackie. You could make those sliders as meatballs instead, and no one would even know they’re meant to have bread.
