Fluffy Slow Carb or Paleo Scrambled Eggs

I’m in California visiting family and friends for the next week. There’s been a bit of a heat wave so we’ve been cooking up some great Slow Carb and Paleo food on the BBQ. I’ll be posting a few of those recipes in the upcoming weeks.

In the meantime, I wanted to share this video teaching you how to make the perfect scrambled eggs. Since most of us eat eggs several times a week, and this is such a basic dish, there really is something to be said about doing it well.

  1. This is great, because you can lose half the scrambled eggs to the pan unless you prep your eggs and pan first!

    I often add salsa or some shaved bits of virtually any cheese to scrambled eggs, for flavor, as well as some added vitamins.

  2. This is a lot like the way I make my the minute breakfasts fir the slow carb diet. Its a very similar technique that results in the perfectly cooked omlete/tortilla-less burrito. I know you think eggs are a little bland but I ought to send you the recipe, and perhaps convert you to liquid egg whites. :p

  3. Best way I have ever found to cook scrambled eggs… start with a pan on LOW heat.. butter.. eggs slightly beaten… basically you just cook over low… stir frequently.. they have a great texture and flavor.. low heat is the key
